Parenting Genie facilitates bookings but is not liable for the outcomes of the consultations. If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Payment & Refunds:Services require upfront payments. All prices are in AUD. Refunds will only be provided under specific circumstances outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Parenting Genie reserves the right to modify pricing without notice.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Clients must give at least 2 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the session fee. If a professional cancels, a make-up session will be arranged.

Community Conduct: When participating in the Parenting Genie Community or live classes, you agree not to:
