We welcome Registered Midwives, Maternal Child Health Nurses, Lactation Consultants, Baby Sleep Consultants, Parenting Coaches (working with children 5+), General Practitioners (GPs), Paediatricians, and Obstetricians & Gynaecologists with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
Yes. All medical and nursing professionals must be registered with AHPRA (or hold equivalent qualifications if applicable). Parenting Coaches must demonstrate relevant experience and/or certifications.
Yes, you can offer one or both. During onboarding, you’ll be able to select your preferences and service delivery locations.
Clients book directly through our secure online platform. You’ll receive instant notifications for every confirmed appointment.
Yes. For Telehealth services, you’ll connect your own Zoom account. We provide instructions during onboarding to help set this up easily.
We offer fortnightly payouts every second Friday via bank transfer. Clients prepaid all services, and their payout is processed after the session is completed.
All providers must have an active ABN (Australian Business Number). As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own tax and superannuation.
You’ll need:
– AHPRA registration (or equivalent)
– Police Clearance and Working With Children Check
– ABN
– Proof of identity (Driver’s Licence or Passport)
Your staff dashboard will give you complete control over your schedule. You can easily set your work hours, block time off, and manage bookings.
Yes! Our admin team is available to support you from onboarding to ongoing service delivery. You’ll also be invited to our provider-only Slack or WhatsApp support group.
Our Cancellation & No-Show Policy protects your time. Clients must cancel within the agreed notice period. If they don’t, the session is still paid out.
Yes. You’re an independent contractor and are free to work with other organisations. However, we request a basic confidentiality and non-compete agreement for services provided through Parenting Genie.
